Basic Petiquette

What if we told you theres a way to enjoy the benefits of a puppy but decrease the workload? That raising a puppy doesnt have to be destructive or loud? While we wish we could wave our magic wand and make every dog perfect instantly, we are dealing with living beings. However boot camp sure gets you off to a good start!

Your pup will experience a calm country setting with exposure to children, cats, other dogs and even chickens. Want to know your pup us being loved and not just treated as an assembly line training job? Thats US. We treat your dogs like they’re our own!

Included in the basic puppy package is on leash obedience commands sit stay, down stay, come away from a distraction, and walk well on a leash. We include 3 private handler lessons for you as well as 6 group lessons and unlimited online sessions.

The Ultimate

Want the Ultimate? We work the dog for 6 to 8 weeks while you attend weekly private handling lessons. Included is on and off leash heel, sit stay, down stay, come away from a distraction, “place”, no, ok, sit for greeting and general husbandry. Due to age or some personality types some pups may need a split program. We can discuss your best options at an initial evaluation session.

Basic Petiquette

Need a jumpstart to training? Are you super busy and don’t have the patience to try to figure it all out? This program is for you! We love dogs, and every single dog that comes through, begins to feel like a member of our family. They get practice around our kids, cats, other dogs, even chickens. Then You come weekly to have a handling lesson and at the end receive 6 sessions of group class to practice under distractions. We do the hard part for you! And your dog receives a “reset”. Or, if you are going on vacation and need to board the dog anyways, come back to a trained dog! You know, the one you always wanted? Let us help you transform your relationship with the dog to the one you wanted when you brought your dog home. Basic petiquette includes sit stay, down stay, come, and walk well on a leash, all under distractions. Also general husbandry like sit for greeting (vs jumping) and wait at doorways.

The Ultimate

This program lasts approximately 6 weeks and includes private handling lessons for you, as well as group lessons to practice your new skills. We offer unlimited lifetime free video or phone follow up and discounts on refreshers. Includes all our basic petiquette commands but with an off leash component and at a higher level of reliability, also a “place” command useful for house manners.
